Hello Ambassador is an annual Creative Festival based in Gauteng. Now in its 4th year, #HA2016 will take place on 1 - 3 September at the Sci-Bono Discovery Centre and 1 Fox in Newtown, JHB. It consists of a 3-day event featuring a conference, workshops, VIP events, awards, an expo, street festival and after party.
The conference consists of talks by industry experts from a variety of creative disciplines. The creativity and innovation expo provides opportunities for entrepreneurs and local initiatives to showcase their work, while the workshops, VIP events, competitions and awards serve to promote and award creative excellence.
The open-mic street fest encourages emerging musicians, beat boxers, break dancers and graffiti artists to show off their talents, and the after party will feature some of SA's top musicians and DJ's.
Our Goals
With Hello Ambassador we aim to create a platform where emerging artists, creative entrepreneurs and industry experts can meet and network, promoting local South African talent both nationally and internationally.
We also aim to inspire and educate young artists and students and create awareness of the opportunities that exist within the creative industry.
We are constantly looking to improve on open and accessible models to empower and educate artists, helping them to create a sustainable income using their creative talents.
