CEO - ARTS & CULTURE TRUST (ACT)

 

Pieter Jacobs is an award-winning playwright, producer, actor and arts manager. Since graduating from Tshwane University of Technology in 2001 he has worked on various productions and events in the United Arab Emirates, Ireland and South Africa.

 

Since 2010, he is the Chief Executive Officer of Arts & Culture Trust (ACT) and in this capacity serves as a member of the Trust's Management, Projects, Fundraising and Risk & Audit committees and is also a member of the Executive Committee of Arterial Network South Africa. In 2015, Pieter was listed as one of the Mail & Guardian's 'Top 200 newsworthy Young South Africans".
